Job Description
- We are now looking for a Junior Web Developer who is results-oriented and self-motivated. You would be required to work from our office in Ikeja.
- This is a full-time on-site position for a Junior Web Developer with both front-end and back-end experience, working from our Ikeja headquarters.
- The position holder will participate in a two-month intensive training program to gain experience working with the development team to develop both front-end and back-end functionalities of our tech products, as well as maintain our apps.
Core Responsibilities and Duties for Junior Web Developer at GN128 Solutions
- Convert designs into HTML/PHP pages;
- Designing and creating databases for web pages; Convert designs into HTML/PHP pages;
- Connecting HTML/PHP pages to MYSQL Databases;
- Optimizing developed features for maximum speed and scalability;
- Writing clean, readable, and testable code;
- Deploying websites into production
- CPanel Adminstration
- SSL Implementation & Website Security
- Update and Fix existing issues with web pages
- Meet team deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Excellent understanding of web development life cycle and experience in UI/UX design.
- Excellent understanding of REACT, HTML, CSS, Java, and web development tools.
- Core working knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
- Database design and development, including MYSQL/MSSQL, as well as search engine optimization.
- The ability to learn new information fast.
- Flexible approach, self-motivated, and organized.
Person Specifications:
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to speak in a kind, open, and constructive way;
- Capable of working alone and with minimum supervision.
- Ability to function as a team player inside the squad;
- Ability to acquire and understand new topics fast.
- Ability to pay attention to details and produce work of high quality
- Flexible approach, self-motivated, and organized.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 12 months’ professional experience.
- Flexible work style, self-motivated, and organised.
Salary:
Expect a salary of N100,000 monthly.
