Job Summary
- We are hiring a commercially sharp and strategic Manager, Finance to lead financial management, governance, and growth initiatives.
- This role will play a critical part in strengthening financial controls, improving profitability, supportinginvestor engagement, and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Advise Management on financial performance and business risks, reminding.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Oversee accounting, audits, tax, and statutory compliance.
- Develop cost control measures across assembly and distribution.
- Build strong internal controls and reporting systems.
- Support pricing, margins, and business expansion models.
- Lead ERP and financial digital transformation initiatives.
- Driven debt/equity discussions, preparation of financial models, investor decks, due diligence, and lender/investor negotiations.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s / Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent.
- 8+years of finance leadership experience.
- Automotive /manufacturing /distribution exposure preferred.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking ability.
- Proven experience dealing with lenders, investors, or fundraising environments.
- High integrity and leadership maturity
- Familiarity withAI-enabled financial planning, automation, analytics, and BI tools.
