General Requirements for Massive Recruitments at Federal University of Transportation Daura (FUTD)
Professors (CONUASS 07)
- A PhD in a relevant specialization with at least three (3) years of experience as an Associate Professor (Reader) or Professor.
- A minimum of ten years of teaching, research, and professional experience at a university or similar institution.
- An impressive record of scholarly publications in respectable academic journals.
- Evidence of supervision of postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD).
- Proven ability to initiate and carry out research initiatives.
Associate Professors (CONUASS 06)
- A PhD in a relevant specialization with at least three (3) years of experience as an Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer.
- A minimum of 8 years of teaching, research, and professional experience at a university or similar institution.
- A substantial number of scientific articles in respected journals.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and lead academic activities.
Senior Lecturers (CONUASS 05)
- A PhD in a relevant specialization and has been a Senior Lecturer or Lecturer I for at least three (3) years.
- A minimum of six years of teaching and research experience in a university or comparable institution.
- A significant number of scientific articles in prestigious journals.
- Demonstrable research and mentoring experience.
