Job Role
As a Product (UI/UX) Designer at Plaude, you will be tasked with the design and enhancement of our digital products, with the objective of ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. This position is entirely remote and functions within Eastern Standard Time/Pacific Time working hours.
Responsibilities of Product (UI/UX) Designer at Plaude
- Engage in collaboration with product managers and developers to comprehend and articulate project requirements into user interfaces that are both intuitive and engaging.
- Develop and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, taking into account user requirements and organizational goals.
- Execute user research and usability testing while collecting feedback to iteratively refine product designs and enhance user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to convey design ideas and concepts with clarity and effectiveness.
- Establish and uphold design guidelines, user interface packages, and various design resources to guarantee uniformity across all digital platforms.
- Continuously enhance the efficacy and visual appeal of our products by remaining informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements for Product (UI/UX) Designer at Plaude
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrable professional experience as a Product (UI/UX) Designer is required, ideally within the financial technology sector or a comparable domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in design software, including but not limited to Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or comparable applications.
- Possesses a robust comprehension of user-centered design principles and best practices for the development of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Possessing extensive experience in executing user research, undertaking usability testing, and collecting user feedback to guide design decisions.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous, along with the capacity to collaborate efficiently with developers.
- Possessing exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio that exhibits prior design projects and illustrates a comprehensive understanding of user experience and visual design principles.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and remote collaborative practices.
