Job Role

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for thoroughly knowing our products, staying up to date on industry trends, and giving unique insights to help our sales and marketing teams.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, performing market research, and presenting product demonstrations to clients.

Key Responsibilities of Product Specialist at INFINION Technologies

Gain a thorough understanding of our business and product offerings.
Stay current on technology industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer needs.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to define product offers and analyze consumer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and new features.
Conduct market research to better understand client needs, market trends, and prospective product prospects.
Work with the brand and communications teams to develop product sales and marketing materials, such as product presentations, brochures, and technical documentation.
Product plans are developed and owned.
Facilitate product demos and presentations for new clients, successfully demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
Provide product training to internal teams such as sales, customer service, and other stakeholders as needed.
Making useful product recommendations and suggestions to boost revenue.
During the sales process, work with the sales team to understand the needs of the customer, answer questions, and give technical support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement product launch/go-to-market plans, such as coordinating product releases and campaigns.
Collect and analyze customer input to find areas for improvement and offer solutions to improve the product experience.
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications, attending training sessions and industry events as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or a technical subject such as engineering or computer science.
Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar capacity, particularly in the technology or software industries.
Leadership talents include strong leadership and ownership qualities.
Technical skills include a strong technical aptitude and the ability to swiftly understand complicated product concepts.
Problem-solving abilities include the capacity to understand data and make data-driven and market-driven judgments.
