Job Role
We are looking for an incredibly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager. This position is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The ideal applicant will have prior experience managing large software projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality products on schedule.
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager at INFINION Technologies
- Communicating with stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals.
- Contributing significantly to project planning, development, and coordination.
- Routine administrative activities include preparing invoices, providing estimates, and scheduling meetings.
- Providing consistent updates on project progress.
- Timely and efficient fulfillment of Project Manager-assigned duties.
- Managing project life cycles to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Engaging stakeholders to gather needs, manage expectations, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Creating project scope statements, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project plans based on relevant methodology.
- Applying quality management principles throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Proactively tracking project progress to identify risks and potential problems.
Required skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in project management or a related function in the technology industry.
- Communication abilities include excellent verbal and writing communication skills, as well as the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Project, and project management tools, is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to efficiently analyze and fix technological issues.
- Customer Service: A strong customer service orientation, with an emphasis on providing high-quality assistance and training to end users.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage various tasks and projects while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to operate effectively as part of a team and collaborate with IT and other departments to achieve common goals.
