Services

Direct and help Stewards to make cleanup more efficient.
Ensure that the water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning are suitable and documented.
Assist with banquet plating. Assist cooks and kitchen workers with assorted chores as required. Provide cooks with the necessary items.
Support the banquet and buffet by transporting and guaranteeing appropriate supplies. Return cleaned things to their rightful locations.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, such as the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.

Help management with hiring, training, scheduling, reviewing, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching personnel.
Follow all company and safety and security rules and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and harmful working circumstances to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Ensure that uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional; ensure the security of private information; and secure corporate assets.
Welcome and thank all guests in accordance with business standards; anticipate and respond to guests’ service needs.
Communicate with others in a clear and professional language.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; assist the team in reaching common goals.
Ensure compliance with quality objectives and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position things weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without help.
Extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking. Bending, twisting, tugging, and stooping are all methods for reaching overhead and below the knees. Travel on steep, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Perform other acceptable job duties as directed by supervisors.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
