About Tranos Technicians Programme 2026
Our comprehensive programme is broken down into three specialized streams to help you master a specific area of our business. You will be placed in one of the following tracks based on your skillset and business needs:
- Supply Chain: Optimize logistics, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Maintenance: Ensure operational excellence through preventive and corrective mechanical/electrical upkeep.
- Production: Drive efficiency and quality on the manufacturing floor.
Eligibility
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Engineering or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant Trade Test Certificate is required.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (NYSC experience may be considered).
- Strong foundational knowledge of core engineering principles within the applied discipline.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and ability to interpret technical reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
