About Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN)
Tope Imasekha formed Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN), a female-led non-profit organization devoted to women’s empowerment and gender equality.
We think that attaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) depends on women’s human rights, gender equality, and women’s empowerment. We are dedicated to lowering maternal and newborn mortality rates and guaranteeing that women and girls have equitable access to health care.
Therefore, via community involvement, education, healthcare, and skill development, we want to make the SDG vision a reality for women and girls in Nigeria. We want women to be in positions of leadership, to be involved in political processes, to have economic liberty, a respectable standard of living, and to be free from abuse.
Working directly with groups to provide collaborative tools and opportunities for all women and girls is one of the ways we plan to achieve our goal.
