Duties and Responsibilities
- Drug prepacking
- Organizing medications from the store into the suitable dispensary shelves.
- Help the pharmacists to counsel patients on the use of their medications and dispense them.
- Help the pharmacists with additional administrative tasks in the dispensary including record-keeping, compiling orders, entering pharmaceuticals into the system, etc.
- Stock taking dispensed from here.
- Entering medications into bin cards.
- Examining and organizing recently acquired medications in their place in the store.
- Packing medications and shipping there.
- Help with store quarterly stock taking.
- Entering invoices into relevant records.
- Getting ready cargo manifests for goods to be shipped.
- Document filing.
- Any other responsibility that the head of pharmacy assigns.
