Eligibility Requirements
Qualifications
- Graduates with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper qualification or an equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, and Telecommunications Engineering are required to apply for this position.
- Candidates are required to have finished their undergraduate degree and have not yet completed their mandated National Youth Service Program (open to prospective and current NYSC members).
- It is important for candidates to be able to display leadership abilities through their participation in extracurricular activities.
- Having the ability to deal with fundamental computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is absolutely necessary.

Graduate Aptitude Test
- Candidates who have been shortlisted will be required to write both an essay and an aptitude exam as part of our selection criteria.
Interviews
- Should you pass the graduate aptitude test, you will be invited for an interview.
After the recruitment process is successfully completed, you will be offered the chance to join one of our Technical Teams and work on current projects for one (1) year, learning and networking opportunities.
