Specific Responsibilities For Business Continuity Management Analyst At MainOne

  • Assist in the overall Business Continuity Management process by guaranteeing that critical technical and service facilities can be restored within the specified business timeframes.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of business continuity plans to ensure the availability of failover capabilities for all mission-critical network assets, such as servers, applications, and facilities.
  • Establish, evaluate, and standardize all recovery process and procedural standards to satisfy the needs of routine, backup, redundancy, and recovery.
  • Ensure the coordination of the implementation of standard Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) processes, as well as the evaluation and execution of approved business continuity management strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Create suitable off-site data and document repositories and procedures to be employed in the event that the information is rendered unrecoverable as a result of a significant disaster.

  • Develop process review reports that clearly emphasize the identified strengths, deficiencies, and improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and communicate process review reports and identified process gaps to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address process bottlenecks to optimize process efficacy.
  • Produce regular KPI performance reports for strategic processes to offer feedback on the efficacy and efficiency of the process, as well as any gaps and necessary corrective actions.
  • In order to monitor the evolution of strategic processes and share best practices with the organization, it is imperative to consistently assess the maturity level of Mainone processes.

  • Business process management expertise is advantageous.
