Newcross Petroleum Limited invites applications from ambitious and talented young graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. This programme is designed to identify, nurture, and develop the next generation of leaders in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit)
- Completed NYSC programme
- 30 years or younger
- 0-2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience
- Digital proficiency
- Willing to work across operational and field locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) with a minimum of Second Class Upper or HND with Upper Credit from a recognized institution
- Must have successfully completed the NYSC programme
- Not more than 30 years old at the time of application
- 0 – 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience
- Strong digital proficiency and computer literacy
- Willingness to work across operational and field locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
