Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, or retrofits on various types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain and evaluate operating logs and utilities. Take immediate action as needed during emergencies in repair works.
- Responsible for working closely with the HVAC technician when needed.
- Improve, maintain, and repair all building services, as well as air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, in accordance with regulations and requirements.
- Perform daily start-up, shutdown, and inspection of building services and equipment according to the standards and specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and execute engineering housekeeping tasks.
- Update the daily maintenance record, fill out the work order forms, and keep the workplace clean, tidy, and well organized.
- Respond to complaints from other departments.
- Consistently provide professional, engaging, and friendly service
Qualifications for AC Technician at The Place Restaurant

- Experience in a similar role at a reputable organization
- Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience is an asset.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
