QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess the relevant educational qualifications and professional certifications for the specific role:
- Administrative/Registry Roles: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ANAN, CIPMN) are mandatory for finance/audit roles.
- Library Roles: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Management with relevant experience.
- Medical/Health Roles: MBBS, Nursing Degree, or relevant diplomas with current practicing licenses from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), or Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Laboratory/Technical Roles: Bachelor’s degree/HND in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Geology, or related fields. Registration with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) or relevant bodies is required.
- Sports Roles: Relevant coaching certifications and proven track record in the respective sport.
- Support Roles: OND, NCE, or relevant diplomas with demonstrated competence.
A minimum of 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization (preferably a university or tertiary institution) is an added advantage for senior positions.
