QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Professor / Reader: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with a minimum of 8–10 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized university, with substantial scholarly publications in reputable journals.
- Senior Lecturer: Ph.D. with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and a proven record of academic publications.
- Lecturer I: Ph.D. or Master’s with significant progress toward a doctorate, plus relevant teaching experience.
- Lecturer II / Assistant Lecturer: A good Master’s degree or First Class Honours in the relevant field. Must be registerable with the relevant professional body where applicable.
