Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Beiersdorf NIVEA Global Graduate Programme 2026, applicants need to meet the following criteria:
- Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business or a closely connected discipline
- Experience: Minimum 6 months hands on experience through relevant internships
- Leadership Potential: Visible leadership potential displayed via taking responsibility and working together
- Strong analytical skills and digital affinity combined with disciplined, solution-oriented thinking
- Communication: Flexibility, good communication skills, team player, initiative
