Applications are now open for the Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) Venture in Management Program (ViMP) 2026, a one-week intense mini-MBA designed to groom outstanding Nigerian graduates for leadership positions in business, entrepreneurship and the public sector.
ViMP works with Lagos Business School to provide a small group of participants with a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class business management experience through a combination of immersive learning, real-world case studies and mentorship from industry professionals. Since its inception in 2000, the programme has produced over 1,000 graduates, many of whom currently occupy top positions in the corporate, government, consulting, technology and social impact sectors in Nigeria and beyond.

About Junior Achievement Nigeria
Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) is a non-profit organization that aims to develop young Nigerians with the necessary knowledge, skills, and mindset to become successful business leaders and entrepreneurs. JAN is bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world business practice through innovative programs such as ViMP, equipping the next generation of ethical, innovative and competent leaders for national transformation
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Junior Achievement Nigeria ViMP 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Be a Nigerian graduate
- Age: Be between 18 and 27 years old
- NYSC Status: Be awaiting NYSC posting, currently serving, or have completed NYSC within the last six months
- Academic Record: Possess excellent academic records with a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1)
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrate a strong interest in general management and a proven track record of leadership
- Availability: Be available for the full duration of the programme
- Travel: Be willing to travel at their own cost if selected for physical participation
- Previous Participation: Previous participation in JAN programmes will be an added advantage
Programme Delivery Modes
ViMP 2026 will accommodate participants through both physical and virtual learning formats:
Physical Participation
The top 50 candidates with the highest assessment scores will participate physically at Lagos Business School, where they will engage in immersive classroom sessions, networking events, and leadership workshops.
Virtual Participation
An additional 50 shortlisted candidates will participate virtually through the online learning platform, ensuring that more qualified applicants can benefit from the programme regardless of location.
Note: Applicants may indicate their preferred mode of participation during the application process. Final placement is determined by performance and available slots.

The selection process consists of three stages:
Phase 1: Online Application
Interested candidates complete and submit the online application form through the official Junior Achievement Nigeria portal.
- Submit a completed online application form
- Upload a Curriculum Vitae (CV) saved with your full name
- Provide proof of service (NYSC ID Card or Call‑Up Letter)
Phase 2: Virtual Interview
Shortlisted applicants participate in interviews conducted via Zoom, where communication skills, leadership potential, and motivation are assessed.
Phase 3: Onboarding
Successful candidates complete onboarding requirements and pay the commitment fee.
