Specific Responsibilities For Credit Control Analyst At MainOne
- Reconciliation of the WHT Receivable Ledger by customer
- Extract WHT receipts from the FIRS portal and revise the WHT schedule for each customer.
- Collaborate with the consultant to address any issues regarding remittances that have not yet been reflected on the FIRS portal.
- Customer follow-up regarding outstanding WHT deductions
- The cash inflow report is used to update the WHT Receivables report on a daily basis.
- Produce an age analysis report for the WHT Receivable.
- Monthly updates regarding the status of WHT Receivables and WHT Receipts collected
- Formulate strategies to decrease the balance of WHT Receivables in the General Ledger.
Qualifications and Eligibility Requirement
- Five to seven years of relevant experience
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACCA/ICAN, would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Problem-solving abilities
- Relationship Management
