Job Overview
The Content & Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating captivating digital content, maintaining the organization’s social media channels, and elevating brand awareness through creative storytelling and digital marketing tactics. The role is all about growing audience engagement, improving brand visibility and creating a thriving online community.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be working as a Content and Social Media Specialist at Ravenpay Limited You will be:
- Content Creation: Develop and publish compelling digital content including graphics, videos, reels, subtitles and promotional material on social media platforms
- Brand Alignment: Make sure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging and business objectives
- material Repurposing: Turn material into other formats to boost reach and engagement
- Content Calendar Management: Manage content calendars, schedule and post daily material on social media
- Community Engagement: Track audience engagement via comments, mails, and online interactions
- Performance Monitoring: Measure content performance and generate reports on engagement, audience metrics and campaign success
- Scriptwriting: Create scripts, captions, hooks and calls-to-action for marketing campaigns and digital content
- innovative Ideation: Generate innovative ideas and storytelling concepts to enhance brand and marketing efforts
- Strategy Support: Help execute digital marketing strategies, influencer partnerships and audience growth campaigns
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform improvements to maximize your content’s performance
- Additional Duties: Other duties as allocated to support the business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication,English, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
