About FirstBank Management Associate Programme
The FirstBank Management Associate Programme (FMAP) is a 24-month quick training program for young, motivated people who want to make an impact in the financial services business.
The program aims to develop future leaders who will help the Bank become the top choice in Africa.
FMAP provides trainees with a lot of experience, combining classroom learning and hands-on work. This helps them understand the working world better.
The program is aimed at promising young professionals who have strong critical thinking skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to communicate well and combine ideas, information, and facts to make better decisions.
Eligibility Criteria for FirstBank Management Associate Programme
- Candidates must possess qualifications within the range of BA to SBO grade.
- A minimum of a second-class upper division degree in any discipline from a reputable university is required.Â
- Possession of a postgraduate degree, at a minimum a master’s degree, from a distinguished university; or pertinent professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, and ACIB.Â
- The upper age limit is established at 32 years.Â
- A minimum of three years of professional experience within a structured organization is required.Â
- Mastery of the English language
