Roles and responsibilities of HR Manager M/F At BOURBON
Responsibilities include managing personnel procedures efficiently, ensuring competent and engaged employees, and optimizing costs to achieve BINL objectives.
This function requires, but is not limited to, the knowledge and ability to carry out the following on behalf of the organization:
- Conduct job analyses, evaluations, and create job descriptions for all positions inside the organization.
- Create, revise, and execute Human Resources policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws.
- Manpower planning and resourcing.
- Manage the employee orientation, onboarding, and job installation processes.
- Performance Management and Talent Improvement Systems/Processes
- Competency Management
- Capable of conducting a training needs analysis and developing training plans to ensure training facilitation.
- Employee Relationships and Welfare Management
- Organizational Behavior and Change Management.
- Compensation and benefits. Management has extensive knowledge of current payroll processes.
- Control and manage the organization’s payroll.
- Responsible for budget planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Be familiar with current trends in employee discipline management.
- Knowledge of industrial relations, with an emphasis on unionized organizations.
- Contract Management.
- Conflict resolution.
- Capability to use several HRIS tools for HR operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of all human resource information.
- The ability to report into a matrix organization system.
- Capable of analyzing and presenting complex data in a simple manner.

Education
- A bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline from a recognized university.
- A post-graduate HR certification or a master’s degree in human resources will be beneficial.
- Membership in a reputable HR Professional Body (CIPM/SHRM/CIPD) will be an added benefit.
- Evidence of training in many areas of human resources will be beneficial.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years in a core Human Resource Generalist job, with complete exposure to all aspects of Human Resources is essential.
- At least four of those years should have been spent in a managerial position.
- Previous human resource expertise in a multinational organization (ideally oil and gas) will be an added plus.
