Details Of The Lafarge Skills Development Training 2024
The program is an 18-month technical intense training program that is non-residential.
Selected candidates will receive a token allowance to help with out-of-pocket expenditures, rigorous hands-on training, and tuition-free lectures.
Candidates will receive the Lafarge Internal Certificate upon completion of the program.
The technological fields covered by the Lafarge Skills Development Training 2024 will be:
- Maintenance Procedures For example, welding and fabrication technology, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation.
- Procedures for Manufacturing Cement i.e., quality and production/process.
To prepare successful candidates for self-employment or employment in the aforementioned vocational fields, the program is designed to give them the necessary training and tools.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Lafarge Technical Skills Development Training, you need to fulfill the following set of requirements:
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) completion from approved educational institutions, no earlier than 2021.
- Five O-level credits minimum, with English language and math included. Any other subject, physics, chemistry, and so on (in a maximum of 2 sittings).
