Roles and responsibilities
- Define and ensure optimization of the maintenance plan in compliance with requirements.
- Implement a cost-effective planned maintenance system (including stock management).
- Analysis of repeated equipment failures and the adoption of proactive solutions.
- Estimate maintenance expenses and evaluate alternatives.
- Implement a cost-effective planned maintenance system (including inventory management).
- Assessing the needs for equipment replacements or upgrades and establishing replacement or upgrade programs where necessary.
- Assessing the necessary maintenance tools and expertise for effective equipment maintenance.
- Evaluate and report safety hazards connected with equipment maintenance.
- Provide technical explanation and help as needed. Â
- Providing technical support and direction as needed.        Â
- Define technical standards and procedures.              Â
- Tracking incidence rates in your domain to uncover endemic concerns.
- Lead technical expertise in your domain.     Â
Qualifications, Skill, and Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of two to five years.
