Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, proactive, and willing-to-learn NYSC Corper to support daily operations within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and eager to gain practical work experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Support documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities
  • Attend to basic customer and client inquiries professionally
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and office coordination
  • Support social media, marketing, or departmental activities when required
  • Maintain professionalism and effective communication within the workplace
  • Carry out other assigned duties as directed by supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc qualification
  • Must be a serving NYSC Corper
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Must be organized, responsible, and proactive.

Job Title: Admin Intern (NYSC)

Location: Sabo Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Admin Intern to support daily administrative and office operations.
  • The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, possess good communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Manage and organize files, documents, and office records
  • Handle calls, emails, and internal correspondence professionally
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Support data entry and report preparation tasks
  • Maintain proper office documentation and filing systems
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and general office coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be a serving NYSC Member
  • Must have a minimum of 10 months of service remaining
  • Minimum of HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Previous internship or administrative experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
