Job Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to fulfill monthly income targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate continuous revenue.
- Monitor performance data and change methods to maximize revenue growth.
Partnership Development:
- Evaluate strategic cooperation options with HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) and corporate clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with physicians to promote referrals and contracts.
- Examine the feasibility of new products and services in relation to the hospital’s business plans.
Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor and assess marketing activities’ performance to ensure they are in line with strategic objectives.
- Create pricing strategies that optimize profits while maintaining patient satisfaction and reimbursement standards.
- Provide management with frequent updates on marketing performance and suggestions for improvement.
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement growth plans to boost market share and revenue.
- Plan and carry out promotional projects such as continuing medical education (CME), workshops, patient education programs, lifestyle management initiatives, and health camps.
- Evaluate the efficacy of prior marketing campaigns and determine the viability of new ones.
- Expand the hospital’s reach by researching and exploring new markets, geographical locations, and possible clients.

Communications and Media Relations:

Requirements

2.) Medical Officer (Post-NYSC)
Job Description
- We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Medical Officer who just finished the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- The ideal applicant will help give quality medical treatment to patients, support senior medical personnel, and contribute to the hospital’s overall efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and offer appropriate medical care for a variety of illnesses and injuries.
- To provide first patient care, undertake a full evaluation that includes the client or patient’s medical history.
- Document all patients’ evaluations, including complaint, history, examination, laboratory investigations, treatment plan, follow-up, medications, and transactions, in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain a thorough and accurate record of patient encounters and concerns.
- Ensure patient safety and address medicolegal problems.
- Liaise with the Clinical Coordinator or other medical officers as needed to handle medical difficulties.
- Provide health information and assistance to patients and their families.
- Maintain secrecy and fairness towards patients.
- Liaise with other medical staff and clinical teams to ensure patients and customers receive the best possible treatment.
- Identify and appraise the needs of patients and clients in order to ensure their satisfaction.
- Stabilize patients in crisis by performing any necessary operations, such as catheterization of the urinary bladder, installation of an NG tube, circumcision, and other procedures as needed.
- Coordinate with nurses, other clinical and support workers to prepare patients for surgery, help during procedures, and follow up on patients after surgery, ensuring that all orders are followed.
Requirement and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 Year Post NYSC.
- Full Registration with the Medical and dental Council of Nigeria as a Medical Practitioner
- Valid Annual Practicing License
- Nysc Discharge Certificate / Exemption.
- He/She must be ready to resume immediately
Salary: The salary for this job is between N330,000 – N350,000 Monthly.

3.) Client Service Executive (Health)
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and follow up with the patient about their next scheduled visit.
- Retrieve the patient’s file number, get their information, and begin registration accordingly.
- Prompt reaction to formal mail and calls to dormant clients and patients.
- Provide a clear description of services, listen to patients’ problems, handle complaints and information, and escalate to the appropriate department for proper correction and follow-up.
- Receivables from clients are managed using cash, cheques, direct payments, and inter-switch.
- Ensure all receivables are transferred to the account department.
- Coordinate with HMOs and other retainers to ensure patient eligibility. Check the patient’s ID to validate that they have active HMO coverage. Obtain an authorization code before starting secondary therapies or admission solutions.
- Ensure that daily sales are reconciled with the EMR for correct accounting systems.
- Ensure the effective coordination of OPD activities.
- Coordinate with HMOs and other retainerships for patient eligibility and approval.
- Assist patients with inquiries, complaints, questions, and offer support. Also, reconcile payments and expenses for daily operations.
- Updating client information and databases as needed. Managing relationships with prospective clients and patients.
- Ensure a regular update of the admission bill and payment settlement before discharge.
Requirements for Client Service Executive (Health)
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced organization.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption
Salary
The salary for this job is between N50,000 – N80,000 / Month
