Following a period of thirteen years of working for the pharmacist business that was owned by the Ezenna family, Eastern Industrial pharmacist Sir Tony Ezenna embarked on his path to become an entrepreneur who established Orange Drugs Limited. 

The Orange Drugs Limited Company was initially founded on July 20, 1988, with the registration number 115913. 

The company’s first office was situated in Ikenegbu, which is located in Owerri Imo State, which is located in the eastern region of Nigeria.

In order to better meet the requirements of Nigerians and to have an effect on the global market, the company relocated its headquarters to the commercial hub of Lagos as it grew and expanded. 

This was done in order to accommodate the needs of Nigerians. Before the company grew into its current Head Office in 2001, which is located at 66/68 Town Planning Way in Ilupeju, Lagos State, the first corporate office was located at 4B Okupe Estate, Mende, Maryland, Lagos State. That was before the company expanded.
