Job Brief
As a Cloud Product Manager at MainOne, an Equinix Company, you will be responsible for shaping and advancing products and features in our Digital Services organization, aiming to make Platform Equinix and our broader digital services portfolio the “platform of choice” for these critical components of the digital infrastructure ecosystem.
Responsibilities of IT Service Desk Officer at MainOne

- Collaborate smoothly with our alliance and channel teams.

- Prioritize activities with high effect, focusing on improving leading indicators for immediate action.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
- 7+ years of product management experience for B2B, Cloud products and a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline of study; or 5+ years of product management with a master’s degree in a technical field of study.
- Demonstrated working expertise in one or more technology domains. BMaaS, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, IaaS, PaaS, observability, and IAM
- Experienced in using PLG approaches to increase client adoption and growth.
- Understand the Digital Infrastructure Ecosystem, including partner business models, GTM activities, channel and resellers, VARs, and system integrators.
- Experienced working in a global technology firm that required cross-functional/organizational connection building at all levels.
- Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to negotiate difficult settings through influence.
