Duties & Responsibilities of Relationship Manager Commercial Banking
- Ensure that portfolio surveillance is effective to detect defaults early and book high-quality assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to ensure the successful execution of the team’s functions and activities.
- Advocate for the mobilization of deposits and the facilitation of trade transactions
- Deliver the most exceptional customer service in the industry.
- Establish and sustain client relationships by offering professional and specialized financial solutions in all sectors.
- Assist in the preparation of Transaction Memos and offer assistance with financial information and relationship context as required.
- Assist in the development of credit structures that are consistent with the potential of the business.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Acquire new accounts and revitalize dormant relationships.
- Promote the bank’s products to satisfy consumer requirements.
- Begin the development of products that are necessary to satisfy customer requirements.
Eligibility Requirements
Education:
- Minimum Qualifications: A first degree or equivalent in any field, with a preference for business-related fields.
- An additional benefit will be conferred upon individuals with relevant professional certificates and Higher Degrees.
Experience
Minimum experience: Three years of relevant banking experience, including marketing and credit.
