Job Description

To ensure that the customer base within this territory has a spectacular good in-store experience at all encounters with comprehensive query resolution, it is necessary to implement and monitor a service delivery strategy in the assigned showroom.

Responsibilities of Retail Shop Manager at Airtel

Showroom profitability and Stock Management (Financials):

• For the purpose of monitoring, ensuring that the process is adhered to, and providing a report on sales, cash monitoring, stock management, petty cash disbursement, reconciliation, and retirements, the Showroom is responsible for following these procedures.
• Notification of all activities that take place within the Airtel Showroom and have a direct influence on the company’s finances, such as promotions.
• Record, manage, and exercise control on the movement of merchandise both inside and outside of the warehouse.
• Always make sure that all of the company’s products and services are available in the designated Showroom.
• Offer a detailed report on all of the products and services that are available in the showroom.

Query Resolution and SLAs (Process)

• Ensure that Showroom agents have the necessary work tools/access.
• Ensured that all team members adhered to defined standards and met SLAs. 
• Ensure that Showroom Agents strictly adhere to all Showroom processes and procedures. 
• Escalate any issues that exceed the supervisor’s time and ability.
• Ensure that any Showroom queries are resolved within the acceptable SLA.
• Monitor turnaround times for all queries/enquiries and implement process improvements as needed. Monitor team members and track all ongoing issues to ensure that complaints are addressed.

Customer Experience/ Satisfaction in the Showroom

• Relationship management entails developing a solid relationship between Airtel and all of its customers. 
• Create a database of client traffic to the Showroom to ensure appropriate and trustworthy data for feedback and upselling, as well as promotional offers and other company requirements for successful decision making.

Asset Management

• Manage all of the company’s assets in the Showroom. 
• Ensure that systems and equipment are in functioning order. 
• Escalate all Showroom facility issues to ensure fast resolution.

Reports

• Daily, weekly and monthly showroom reports.
• ERC reconciliation reports.
• Stock /Cash/POS reports.
• PSB reports.

Qualifications for Retail Shop Manager at Airtel

• Any University Degree
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a customer service environment. 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
• A good understanding of corporate operations.
• Good knowledge of customer administrative systems – ECMS, single screen, USDM, CCUI, SV, etc.
• Committed to the organization’s common goals and values. 
• Passionate about client satisfaction and service delivery.
• A strong work ethic combined with a cheerful mindset. 
• Team Leaders and Players: independent, confident, and objective.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on detail.
• Good presentation skills. 
• Ability to keep confidentiality at all times.
