Job Role

  • We are seeking a target-oriented and dynamic Sales Manager to lead vehicle sales operations across Nigeria.
  • The role requires strong dealership management capability, retail and fleet sales expertise, and the ability to build sustainable market share. Experience with automobile sales in Nigeria will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage dealer networks, performance metrics, and profitability.
  • Drive retail, fleet, and institutional sales growth.
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Ensure healthy inventory turnover and accurate demand forecasting.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team.
  • Maintain superior customer satisfaction and brand standards.
  • Generate periodic MIS, analytics, and forecasts for leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ years in automotive sales with leadership responsibility.
  • Experience withAutomobile Industry in Nigeria highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations and channel management.
  • Excellent negotiation and team leadership skills.
  • Comfort working with sales data, CRM, and performance dashboard
  • Working knowledge ofAI-driven sales analytics, demand forecasting, or digital lead management tools.
