St. Mary Dedication British International School is looking for a highly skilled and experienced School Lawyer to join our team in Benin City, Nigeria. The successful candidate will give comprehensive legal support and direction to our educational institution, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities for School Lawyer St. Mary Dedication British International School
- Provide skilled legal assistance on numerous educational issues, such as student rights, staff employment, and institutional policies.
- Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts and agreements regarding the school’s operations. Represent the school in legal cases and conflicts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current on changes in education law and policies.
- Create and implement risk management methods to protect the school’s interests.
- Collaborate with school administrators and personnel to guarantee legal compliance in everyday operations.
