Responsibilities System Lead Auditor at SBC
Audit Planning and Preparation:
- Create audit plans based on organizational procedures and requirements. Identify scope, objectives, and criteria matched with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 9001).Â
- Prepare checklists and gather essential information for audits.
Conducting Audits:
- Conduct internal, external, or certification audits on Food Safety Management Systems and other ISO-compliant procedures.
- During an FSMS audit, evaluate risk control measures, food safety hazards, and critical control points (CCPs).
- Interact with auditees, managers, and key workers to collect objective data.
- Examine processes, procedures, and paperwork to ensure compliance with standards and laws.
Documentation and Reporting:
- During audits, document any observations, nonconformities, or possibilities for improvement.
- Create detailed audit reports with findings, corrective actions, and suggestions.
- Communicate audit findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Verification and Follow-Up:
- Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to address nonconformities.
- Perform subsequent audits to validate the closure of identified gaps or concerns.
Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate system efficacy and make recommendations for improved compliance and efficiency.
- Analyze audit data to discover opportunities for strategic improvement.
Leadership and Team Coordination:
- Guide audit teams and ensure compliance with audit protocols.
- Train team members to apply auditing principles and practices.
Compliance and Standards Updates:
- Stay informed on changes to key ISO standards, rules, and regulations.
- Provide teams with training and guidance on ISO/FSMS compliance and implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- Serve as a consultant and advisor to improve systems and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements for System Lead Auditor at Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited
- 7+ years of experience as an ISO System Coordinator, specializing in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and related standards.
- A Bachelor of Science or Higher National Diploma in Chemical Sciences, Applied Sciences, or a comparable discipline.
- Advanced qualifications in Quality or Food Safety Management Systems will provide an added benefit.
- Analytical abilities include exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to interpret and apply complicated standards.
- Effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders requires strong leadership abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for reporting and analysis duties.
