Job Description
- New Incentives is looking for an Accountant to assist the Accounting and Finance Team in generating financial reports, making account reconciliations, accounting in Xero, assisting with tax return preparation and audit, and executing other accounting activities as assigned.

Responsibilities of Accountant at New Incentives
Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the Accountant will help the organization’s Finance and Accounting team with the following tasks:
- Weekly regular accounting routines
- Monthly review and closure processes
- Data and financial analysis of accounting and operational reports.
- Regular financial reporting to various units and teams.
- Review of field expenditure submissions.
- Assist with data downloading and importing into spreadsheets for financial analysis.
- Perform virtual audit of field supplies and company-owned assets.
Qualifications and skills for Accountant at New Incentives

- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Finance-Related Course, CPA is a plus

- Proficient in Google Sheet or Excel
- Proficiency in Xero is not required but a plus
- Solid grasp of Accounting and Finance processes
