Job Description

As Email Marketing Manager, you will oversee our email marketing efforts from inception to completion. You’ll be in charge of creating and implementing initiatives that connect with our clients, boost retention, and drive sales. Your innovative ideas and thorough understanding of customer engagement will be critical in promoting our brand and establishing strong customer

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and optimize end-to-end email marketing strategy.
Expand and segment our email list for targeted campaigns.
Create and deploy direct email marketing programs that are aligned with company objectives.
Create and proofread compelling newsletters with clear and grammatically correct content.
Make sure your email templates are mobile-friendly, and optimize the layouts.
Enhance templates with images, customisation, and sophisticated functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve consistency in messaging.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Report on revenue earned by email marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline.
5 years or more of expertise with email marketing or digital marketing.
Excellent project management and copywriting skills.
Proficiency with email marketing tools, HTML, and CMS.
Experience with marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot and Mailchimp).
Analytical approach, with a strong understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
