About the Role
AAVA Brands Ltd Nigeria is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our secondary distribution targets within the open market.
Your primary focus will be ensuring our products reach all semi-wholesalers in your allotted territory, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with our value chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Secondary Distribution Targets: Core responsibility is to achieve secondary distribution targets within the open market by ensuring distribution to all semi-wholesalers in the open market allotted.
- Market Coverage: Maintain a coverage norm of a minimum of 7 semi-wholesalers per day (weekly coverage of 6 days market working).
- Productive Calls: Ensure a minimum of 5 productive calls per day.
- Competitor Monitoring: Actively monitor competitor activities and pricing, and report findings to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
- Value Chain Compliance: Ensure value chain compliance and the effective implementation of inputs/schemes.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Provide daily reporting on Sales & Collections to the ASM, and conduct weekly reconciliation of Stock and debtors with the ASM and KD/WS.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or open-market distribution sector.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of open market dynamics and semi-wholesaler networks in Lagos.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Reporting: Ability to accurately report sales data, collections, and competitor intelligence.
- Discipline: Highly organized with the ability to meet daily coverage and call norms.
- Education: Minimum of an OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
