Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC Technician at Eko Maintenance Limited, you will be responsible for:
- Installation: Execute precise installation of Split AC units, including gas welding and copper pipe connections
- Maintenance & Repairs: Install, maintain, and repair a variety of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and associated equipment
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs and detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities
- Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency
- System Expertise: Work with diverse HVAC systems, including Air Conditioners, Refrigerator units, and heating pump systems
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Technical Skills: Strong practical skills in connecting pipes, precise copper pipe brazing, and effective duct insulation
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of practical work experience as an AC Technician or in a similar HVAC‑related role
- System Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in working with diverse HVAC systems, including Air Conditioners, Refrigerator units, and heating pump systems
- Education: Possession of a Higher National Diploma (HND), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or a recognized Trade Test Certification
