Job Description
- This is a fast-paced, twelve-month logistics technical program that includes exposure to the operations and projects of the logistics function as well as interaction with senior leaders.
- Within one year, the progression into each rotation of the program is determined by rigorous evaluations.
- Unleashes potential through rotational cycles that last for four months and affords the opportunity to gain cross-functional work experience in a variety of teams within the corresponding function
- The 70-20-10 rule is the foundation around which the Programme is built. According to this rule, individuals acquire 70% of their knowledge through challenging experiences and projects, 20% through developmental connections, and 10% through coursework and training.
- You will be eligible to submit applications for positions inside the company if you have successfully completed the program and achieved continuous progress for a period of eight months. This will allow you to create a future with more cheers with us!

Eligibility Requirement and Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree (BSc, BEng, or HND) or an equivalent qualification
- A maximum of three years of formal work experience, working full-time.
- Geographical mobility– You may be required to relocate to various locations during the 12-month training program and thereafter, and you should be prepared to do so throughout your career.
- Completely proficient in the English language Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel, and the capacity to rapidly adapt to new systems
- Bold, inquisitive, ambitious, and resilient
- Resolved to produce outcomes
- A desire to make a difference and a sense of ownership
