About the Programme
The FrieslandCampina Global Traineeship is a 3-year program that develops future leaders by a mix of structured learning, on-the-job experience and personal development.
Trainees are put in two influential jobs in their home country (each 18 months) to make a real difference with global exposure and strategic priorities.
You will join a worldwide community of trainees with talents coming from different functions, countries and backgrounds, creating a network of future leaders across regions.
The program also includes a full virtual learning experience in addition to an onboarding week at the company’s headquarters in the Netherlands, and a trip to Malaysia following the first cycle.

Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant discipline you are applying for
- Working experience: No prior work experience is necessary! We are specifically looking for fresh graduates
- Language: Fluent in English for all disciplines
- Visa sponsorship: We welcome applications from all nationalities and backgrounds. To be eligible, you must currently be studying in, or have recently completed your studies in, the country where you are applying.
