The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has issued the final list of successful candidates for the 2024/2025 Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASC II) recruiting drive.
Candidates who have participated in the recruitment process are recommended to check their selection status on the official Nigeria Customs Service recruiting portal and follow the instructions for the next step of the recruitment process.
Next Steps for Successful Candidates
Candidates whose names appear on the final shortlist should take note of the following important instructions:
- Successful applicants will receive official notifications through their registered email addresses and SMS.
- Candidates must log in to the recruitment portal using their National Identification Number (NIN) or registered email address.
- A valid Medical Certificate of Fitness obtained from a government recognized hospital must be uploaded through the designated portal.
- The medical certificate upload portal became active on Wednesday, 29 July 2026.
- Applicants are required to complete the upload process within one week from the date the portal was activated.
- Candidates must update their current state of residence on the portal.
- Successful applicants are required to formally accept the provisional offer by selecting the Accept Offer option.
- After completing the required updates, candidates should wait for the issuance of their Trainee Identification Number, which will be communicated within one week.
Documentation and Physical Screening
The Nigeria Customs Service has stated that additional information regarding:
- Physical screening dates
- Screening venues
- Required documents
- Reporting procedures
will be communicated through official recruitment channels.
Candidates are strongly advised to monitor their email accounts, SMS notifications, and the official recruitment portal regularly for updates.
Important Notice
The Nigeria Customs Service has re-emphasized the fact that all shortlisted candidates are expected to comply with all instructions and complete all the requisite processes within the stipulated timelines.
Failure to upload the medical certificate or to update personal information, accept the provisional offer or fulfill any requirements as mentioned in the approved timeline may lead to disqualification and removal of the provisional appointment.
