Job Role

• We are looking for an experienced sales professional to increase income by pushing our payment gateway and transaction processing services to new and existing customers. 
• The ideal applicant will have a thorough understanding of payment processing, exceptional sales abilities, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build relationships with potential clients
• Offer tailored payment processing solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Stay up to date with payment industry trends, technologies, and regulations

Product Knowledge:

• Develop expertise in payment gateway and transaction processing services

Client Management:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Resolve client issues and concerns

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product development)
• Ensure seamless client onboarding and integration

Reporting and Analysis:

• Submit regular sales reports and analyses to the unit head.
