Role Summary
Our client, a leading agribusiness and integrated farming company, is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to provide financial insights, drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, and optimize profitability across its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Management reporting and business performance analysis
- Cost accounting and profitability analysis
- Inventory and working capital management
- Financial modelling and investment appraisal
- Financial controls, compliance, and process improvement
- Leadership and support for finance team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
- Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, FMCG, or other production-driven industries is an advantage
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and ERP systems experience
