We are recruiting for the below position:
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor, Northern Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Authorize the loading and dispatch of finished products in line with approved procedures.
- Prepare and analyze daily dispatch and delivery reports to support operational decision-making.
- Ensure smooth vehicular movement and traffic flow before, during, and after product loading activities.
- Coordinate warehouse personnel to achieve optimal productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product handling and storage processes to minimize losses and damages.
- Ensure strict adherence to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management principle.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization within warehouse facilities.
- Ensure accurate product loading and dispatch documentation.
THE PERSON MUST
- Possess a good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
- OND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) years’ cognate experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience within the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
