Job Summary
We are recruiting to fill the position of Injection Molding Manager. The ideal candidate will be familiar with injection molding processes for PE, PET, and PP materials, with hands-on and maintenance experience on large injection molding machines .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily injection molding operations for PE, PET, and PP materials to meet production targets.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repairs for large injection molding machines.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and company policies.
- Optimize machine output and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance schedules and effective process improvements.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production floor staff to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Collaborate with other department heads to plan production schedules and resource allocation efficiently .
