Job Description
WIN Program 2026 — Graduate Engineering Management Trainee
International Facilities Services (IFS) | Lagos, Nigeria (on-site) | Full-time | 3-Year Leadership Journey
Application deadline: 31 July 2026 · 12 places available
What Makes This Track Different
This isn’t a back-office graduate scheme. You’ll get direct, hands-on exposure to:
- Facility management operations — actual on-site delivery of world-class facility management to elite clients
- Robotics in facility operations — automated inspection, maintenance, and monitoring systems deployed live on-site
- AI-driven facility management — predictive maintenance, smart energy systems, IoT-enabled building intelligence
- Real engineering ownership — from Month 2 you’re embedded in live projects, not shadowing from the sidelines
Your Journey
| Phase | Timeline | Focus |
| Foundation Bootcamp | Month 1 | Professional readiness, communication, and digital/data tools used on live sites |
| On-the-Job Placement | Months 2–12 | Embedded with a delivery team on client sites |
| Role Progression | Year 2 | Real ownership and expanding technical responsibility |
| Capstone Project | Year 3 | A business-impact initiative you own end to end, backed by mentorship |
Upon completion, you’ll have structured progression into the IFS engineering management pipeline.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1st Class or 2:1 in Engineering (any discipline — Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Civil, Computer, Industrial, Maintenance, or related)
- Graduated within the last 2 years
- NYSC discharge certificate (or valid exemption) required at application
- Curious, hands-on, and unafraid of the technical detail; we’re looking for builders, not just theorists
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a genuine interest in automation, robotics, or smart systems
- No prior formal work experience required — this program is designed to build you from the ground up
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Lagos
Our Values
R.E.I.G.N. — Raise, Empower, Inspire, Grow, Nurture.
We’re not just hiring engineers. We’re building the next generation of operators who will lead Africa’s built environment into a smarter, more sustainable future.
What This Program Asks of You
This is demanding, hands-on work from Month 1. You’ll be on live client sites, taking real ownership, and receiving direct feedback — often.
If that excites you rather than worries you, you’ll do well here.
If you’ve ever looked at a building and thought about how it could run smarter, this is your way in.
What You Get
- ₦250,000 Monthly as a Graduate Trainee, progressing to Coordinator/Associate level
- Structured mentorship from senior leadership
- A defined career path: Trainee → Associate → Manager → and beyond within IFS
- Membership in a growing pan-African alumni network of high-performing young professionals
- Health Insurance (HMO) – Comprehensive coverage for you and your dependents
- Pension Scheme – Secure your future with our contributory pension plan
- Professional Development & Training – Invest in your professional growth
