Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for the Restaurant Management Trainee programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree or Upper Credit in Food Sciences or related courses.
- B.Sc. or HND qualification in an eligible discipline.
- Demonstrable leadership skills.
