The purpose:
You will be the bridge between our service teams and the state-of-the-art automotive technologies. Your purpose is to give hands-on, meaningful training to technicians, service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure they are proficient in the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of all Kia models, with precision and safety.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and provide full technical training programs for all levels.
- Train teams on the latest Kia technologies, with a heavy focus on EV, Hybrid and CNG systems.
- Train workshop staff on best procedures for diagnostics, repair and appropriate vehicle handling.
- Use modern vehicle diagnostic equipment to demonstrate real-world troubleshooting problems.
- Stay current with innovative automotive developments in training materials.
What You Bring:
- Education: B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Field expertise: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on automotive technical expertise.
- Training Experience: Minimum 2-3 years technical training experience in an OEM, distributor, dealership or automotive training institution.
- EV Experience: Candidates with Electric cars (EV), Hybrid & CNG cars experience are highly appreciated.
- credentials: Strong preference for OEM technical and trainer credentials. Professional automotive qualifications will set you apart.
- Core abilities: Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities. understanding of diagnostic instruments. In-depth understanding of automotive systems
