Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, or phone.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Promote and sell products/services online.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Manage online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
